Top judges with revenues of over 300,000 lei within one year after the appeal court of Cluj

In the context of discussions lately about the salaries of magistrates, the Clujust.ro presents a top judges at the appeal court of Cluj with revenues of over 300,000 lei (four more than 400,000 lei) in one year. Revenues appear in the declarations of wealth from 2015, last posted on MSC's website, and refers to the fiscal year 2014.

Huge revenues from wages is aggregated on the 2014 plus outstanding wage rights obtained by judicial decision. The biggest came from wages (compensation + judgment) of a judge of the city is more than three times higher than a year's wages of President Klaus Iohannis, which cumulates 133,879.

Judges with whom I chatted say they would not have reached the judecătoreștii processes and decisions for salary rights laws regarding wages would have been made well. Due to legislative changes and judicial decisions had been reached with the same seniority as magistrates and function to have different income, which is why representatives of magistrates had met recently with the Minister of labour and the Minister of Justice in order to find a solution.

Noted that the declarations of wealth is passed only net amounts earned in the previous fiscal year. The rankings below are revenues for the year 2014.
