The Senator's wife Abbey Cordoș, Magno, demanded the expulsion of the dossier on the role at the Court of appeal, in which he received a sentence of 3 years and 6 months prison with execution at the first instance.

Today ought to judge the appeal against the first sentence, but the Panel of judges at the appeal court of Cluj was forced to postpone cause "in order to solve the demand for resettlement formulated by Nicolae Cordoș Magno-apelanta Lucia". It was established following a period of judgment for October 19, 8:30.  Until then, more precisely in the October 18, Magno Cordoș warrantees to the High Court of Cassation and justice, which will decide on resettlement.

Remember that in this case, Ms. disjuns cause of Cluj regarding Senator Abbott, Cordoș disjuns folder was not heard anything.
